Lead UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Design Lead who will own the solution, user experience design of the product. This includes translating the user research and insights into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. We're looking for people with experience in designing solutions for complete digital first environments, with simplicity at the core.

WHAT YOULL DO

Translate design research, wireframes & insights into user flows that result in super simple  user experiences.

Define Design Strategy, design Principles and style guides.

Align the design strategy with the brand strategy.

Research new design principles and user behaviours to simplify design and user experience.

Develop differentiated strategies for device interfaces (mobile and desktop), yet keep a continuous and uniform user experience.

Take a human-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Work with founders and product manager to understand detailed requirements, recommend solutions and design complete user experiences that align with the product’s needs and vision.

IDEAL PROFILE

· 5-7 years of experience as a design practitioner.

· Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, CC.

· Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams.

· A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

· Comfortable woking in a highly agile environment (comfortable with too many changes ).

· Passion about all things interaction design and other areas of design and innovation.

· Aesthetic Design background.
